Acrylic Robin
The Acrylic Robin is a laser-cut robin, my home state bird, and shamelessly inspired by the Eames House Bird (c. 1940s). A flat acrylic profile of a robin, standing on two thin legs. Set it on a shelf or a windowsill. The real robins come and go with the season here in Wisconsin. This one stays.
Making it
The body is a single piece of acrylic, cut on the laser.. Two thin legs slide into the bottom edge so it stands on its own.
