The first true hand router bit in the database. A 3/8” flush trim with a tip bearing: the bearing rides the template or the finished face below, and the flutes bring everything above it flush.

Notes

The bearing matches the cutting diameter, so whatever it rides is what the cut copies. Template on the bottom, rough stock on top, one pass. The 1” cutting length covers 3/4” stock with room to reposition for a fresh section of carbide.

This one stays out of Fusion, and the bearing is exactly why: it’s built to follow a surface by feel, which is the hand-router job. The CNC-side crossover case is the bearing-less kind, like R01.
