So far only had it as half caff, where it’s a 4.5–5. Haven’t tried it on its own yet.

Heirloom varietals from Sidama, dried 16–19 days on raised beds. Decaffeinated with UVVW (Ultra Violet Water Wash), a chemical-free method that uses water and UV light. Brandywine pitches it as an evening cup whose fruit notes open up as it cools.
